G’day friends,

How you hanging in there? Let’s be honest – things feel a little nuts right now. Between the relentless news cycle of everything going on at home and abroad, it can all get a bit overwhelming. My advice? Switch it off. Step outside. Go for a walk.

That’s really what my latest series, Talking to Fog, is all about – a little escape. For me, the Southern Highlands in winter is the perfect antidote. The thick, rolling fog that blankets the hills has this way of slowing everything down. It bends the light, softens the edges, and mutes the noise, both visually and mentally. Wandering through the atmosphere, camera in hand, feels like tuning out from the world and into something calmer, at least for a few moments.

I’ve been working on this between projects over the last couple of years and I’m finally in a good place to show you. So – I hope you enjoy this little escape as much as I’ve enjoyed making it.

Until next time, stay sane.
